I know this is not an unknown store, although I probably just learned of it maybe a couple of years ago. Since then it has been one of my favorites....
As a visual merchandiser, I am constantly on the look out for inspiration and ideas, much in the way I look for ideas to incorporate in my home and Anthropologie is a great source for me.
I've not seen another "chain store" step outside the cookie-cutter and really grab your attention. I love the mix of vintage/retro, somewhat country, with a nice modern slice on things. I love it!
Hollywood glamour anyone?
You can't go into Anthro without looking at the linens...particularly the kitchen towels. I love the detail and the fabrics are pretty amazing.
I actually don't live super close to one, I'm in Raleigh NC, snapping pictures and getting funny looks from employees and customers alike...that's ok...I'm use to funny looks.
